We have a (30) day Return or Exchange Policy.
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your Cophachia Cosmetics purchase, we will be more than willing to either process a refund or exchange within (30) days of delivery.

Products can be returned used. The products must be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of the date that you received your order. Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Return & Exchange shipping is free, your return or exchange label will be sent within 24 hours. Returns are for products that have been used. Return the unused portion in original Cophachia Cosmetics packaging.
